Refund Policy

ReviewBunch subscriptions are recurring. Once subscribed, you will be billed automatically until you cancel.

Subscriptions and cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing in your ReviewBunch account. Your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged again after your current billing period ends.

No refunds

Subscription payments and enterprise licenses are non-refundable. We encourage you to review your plan before purchasing.

Product errors

If you believe you were charged because of a product bug or billing error, contact reviewbunch.support@gmail.com with the account email, payment date, and a description of the issue. We may request additional details to investigate and resolve the problem.
