1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ReviewBunch. By accessing or using ReviewBunch ("the Service"), operated by ReviewBunch LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time and will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Requirements

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Operate only one account per Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) account
• Not share your account access with any other person or entity
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we suspect a violation of these requirements.

3. Description of the Service

ReviewBunch is a credit-based book review marketplace that connects self-published authors with qualified readers for authentic Amazon Kindle reviews. The Service includes:

• A platform for authors to list Kindle eBooks for review
• A matching system connecting books with readers based on genre preferences
• A credit-based economy for managing review requests and rewards
• Comprehension quizzes to verify that reviewers have read the book
• Amazon review verification and quality assurance systems
• Anti-review-swap detection to maintain review integrity

ReviewBunch is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries. Kindle and Amazon are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

ReviewBunch offers the following subscription plans:

• Monthly Plan: $29 per month, billed monthly
• Annual Plan: $290 per year, billed annually (save over 16%)

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

5. Credit System

ReviewBunch operates on a credit-based system governed by the following rules:

• Earning Credits: Reviewers earn credits by completing honest, verified book reviews. Credit amounts vary based on review type and any active boost multipliers.
• Spending Credits: Authors spend credits to list books for review and optionally to boost their book's visibility.
• Non-Transferable: Credits cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged with other users.
• No Cash Value: Credits have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, or any other form of payment.
• 2x Refund Guarantee: If a verified Amazon review is removed through no fault of the reviewer, the reviewer receives 2x credits back automatically.
• Forfeiture: Credits may be forfeited if your account is terminated for violation of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.

6. Review Standards and Requirements

All reviews submitted through ReviewBunch must meet the following standards:

• Honesty: Reviews must reflect your genuine opinion of the book. You are never required to leave a positive review.
• Original Content: Reviews must be written entirely by you. AI-generated, plagiarized, or templated reviews are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum Length: Reviews must be at least 40 words.
• Comprehension: Reviewers must pass the author's comprehension quiz (if applicable) to demonstrate they have actually read the book.
• Timeliness: Reviews must be submitted within the specified deadline (typically 14 days for Kindle and 21 days for longer books).
• Amazon Review URL: After posting your review on Amazon, you must submit the review URL within 10 days for verification.
• Amazon Compliance: Reviews must comply with Amazon's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

7. Peer-to-Peer Review Restrictions

To maintain the integrity of reviews on our platform and compliance with Amazon's policies, users cannot review any books from someone who has reviewed their books within the preceding 90 days. This anti-review-swap policy is automatically enforced by our system. Attempts to circumvent this restriction (including using multiple accounts) will result in immediate account termination.

8. Amazon and Third-Party Platform Compliance

ReviewBunch is designed to facilitate honest book reviews in compliance with Amazon's policies. However:

• We cannot guarantee that Amazon will not remove or suppress any review for any reason.
• We are not responsible for any actions Amazon takes against your account, listings, or reviews.
• Users are solely responsible for ensuring their own compliance with Amazon's Terms of Service.
• ReviewBunch does not have any partnership, affiliation, or endorsement relationship with Amazon.

9. Review Types

Authors may configure their books with the following review types:

• Kindle Unlimited: The reviewer uses their Kindle Unlimited subscription to access the book. The review will not be marked as a "Verified Purchase" on Amazon.
• Verified Purchase: The reviewer purchases the book at the specified price. The review will be marked as a "Verified Purchase" on Amazon. Kindle Unlimited does not count as a verified purchase.
• Free / Promo Code: The author provides a free copy or promo code. The review will not be marked as a "Verified Purchase."

10. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation policies are as follows:

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to the Service until then.
• Refunds may be requested within 30 days of your initial subscription activation, provided you have not used a substantial portion of your credits.
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
• Unused credits remain on your account but are not redeemable for cash.
• If you resubscribe, your existing credits and account history will be restored.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ReviewBunch:

• Creating or maintaining multiple accounts
• Submitting fake, dishonest, or AI-generated reviews
• Coordinating reviews with other users (review swapping)
• Sharing your account credentials with others
• Using virtual assistants (VAs) to write or post reviews on your behalf
• Attempting to buy, sell, or transfer credits outside the platform
• Posting offensive, defamatory, hateful, or illegal content
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent quality verification checks
• Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from the Service
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or hacking any part of the Service
• Using the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Impersonating another user, author, or ReviewBunch staff member
• Manipulating review ratings, timing, or posting patterns to evade detection

12. Fraud Detection and Automated Systems

We employ automated systems to detect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to: IP address analysis, behavioral pattern detection, AI content detection, plagiarism checking, and review authenticity verification. Flagged accounts are reviewed by our team before any enforcement action is taken. By using the Service, you consent to these monitoring and detection activities.

13. Enforcement and Account Termination

Violations of these Terms may result in graduated enforcement actions:

• Warning: First-time minor violations may result in a written warning.
• Reduced Access: Repeated minor violations may result in temporary restrictions on your account.
• Suspension: Serious violations may result in temporary account suspension.
• Termination: Severe or repeated violations will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all credits.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts for severe violations without prior warning, including fraud, multiple account abuse, or coordinated review manipulation.

14. User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you submit to ReviewBunch. By submitting reviews or other content, you grant ReviewBunch a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content as necessary to operate and promote the Service. This includes the right to use anonymized review excerpts for marketing purposes.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit, and that your content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights. Unauthorized scraping, reproduction, or extraction of data from the Service is strictly prohibited.

15. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

• Reviews will remain posted on Amazon or any third-party platform
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any specific number of reviews will be received for your book
• Reviews will improve your book's sales or rankings

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FULLSTACK_LEARNING'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReviewBunch, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of Amazon's Terms of Service; (d) any content you submit through the Service; or (e) your infringement of any third party's rights.

17. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you agree to the following resolution process:

• Informal Resolution: You must first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@reviewbunch.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
• Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
• Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

For users in the European Union or United Kingdom, this section does not override any mandatory consumer protection rights available under your local law.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. For users outside the United States, local consumer protection laws may apply to the extent required by applicable law, including but not limited to the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and EU consumer directives.

19. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service. In the event of a permanent discontinuation, we will provide a pro-rated refund for any unused subscription time.

20. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ReviewBunch regarding the Service.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
• Notices: We may send notices to the email address associated with your account. You are responsible for keeping your email address current.
